DIY CBD health tonics:
Herbal Chamomile Health Tonic
In this health tonic, ginger, lemon, and rosemary, combine forces to deliver a powerful immuno-defense punch.
With the added calming benefits of chamomile and antioxidant properties of fresh lemon juice, this concoction is a must-try.
For the additional benefits of CBD, consider using Bloom Farms Balance CBD Tincture.
This medium dosage tincture focuses on promoting relaxation and mind-body balance, making it the perfect addition to an already tasty tonic.
Ingredients: (Makes 2 tonics)
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 3 bags chamomile tea
- 1-2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger, depending on your taste
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2-4 teaspoons of honey, depending on desired sweetness
- 1 spring of rosemary, slightly bruised
- Bloom Farms Balance CBD Tincture, or tincture of your choosing
Instructions:
-Stir boiling water, tea bags, ginger, lemon, honey, and rosemary together in a large heatproof bowl, pitcher, or pot.
-Allow the tea bags to steep for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-Strain the tonic through a mesh strainer, pressing on the tea bags to get as much liquid out as possible.
-Pour into 2 separate glasses or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
-Top the drink off with your CBD tincture and enjoy! Feel free to try this tonic hot or over ice.
Ginger-Carrot-Turmeric Wellness Shot
Who said shots are just for the club? This slightly spicy and sweet health shot harnesses the antioxidant properties of carrots, the anti-inflammatory traits of turmeric, and the gut-health benefits of ginger to change the face of shots forever.
Add a splash of ultra-hydrating coconut water and you’ve got a seriously delectable drink on your hands.

Instructions:
-Process carrots, turmeric, ginger, and 1/2 cup coconut water in a blender or food processor on high speed until smooth.

-Toss any solids left behind in the strainer.

Pineapple-Grapefruit-Spinach Detox Smoothie
