Ho Ho Holiday Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs, separated
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 4 cups of whole milk
  • 2 cups of cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon (Nutmeg is also another option for those who would rather have a different spice)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp of CBD Oil per mug

Time to Create Eggnog!

 

  1. Grab a bowl and beat together the salt, egg yolks, and sugar until the mixture is nice and creamy.
  2. In the same bowl, place the vanilla extract, nutmeg, whipping cream, and whole milk. Beat together the ingredients to make the concoction soft and rich.
  3. In a separate bowl, place the egg whites and whip them until soft peaks form. Use either a whisk or a hand mixer to whip the egg whites.
  4. Fold the egg whites into the cream until the blend is fluffy.
  5. Put in the fridge until cold.
  6. Add the CBD oil and cinnamon and stir!
