This CBD coffee recipe is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up, especially now that the weather is warmer. Did we mention that it’s simple to make too? Here’s how to make it:
CBD Coffee Frappé Recipe
Ingredients:
-2 Tablespoons whole bean CBD coffee (we used/recommend Strava CBD coffee beans)
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 1/4 cup milk (Any kind. We used oat milk)
-4 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
-Grind your CBD coffee beans in a coffee bean grinder. We used this grinder, but if you want a cheaper option, this one works too.
-Brew the coffee in a French press.
-Fill two ice cube trays with the coffee.
-Put the ice cube trays in the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight.
-Once the coffee ice cubes are ready, add them all to your blender at once.
-Add your milk of choice, the vanilla extract, and the sweetened condensed milk.
-Blend until well mixed and creamy (If you’re still noticing crystalized ice pieces, stir up the mixture with a spoon and keep blending in the blender.)
-Drizzle some extra sweetened condensed milk inside your glassware of choice. You can swap the condensed milk for anything you’d like such as chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, etc.
-Pour/spoon the CBD coffee mixture into the glass.
-Top with cinnamon.
-Add a reusable straw or sustainable option like a straw made of hemp.
-Enjoy!
