Making gummies at home is surprisingly easy (and fun) to do, and it is a much healthier alternative to anything store-bought. Whipping up your own batch of these chewy candies also allows you the freedom to play with flavors to make your own unique version.
In this rendition of the classic treat, fresh peaches offer a delicately sweet flavor that is accentuated by the floral notes of honey. The addition of CBD takes these homemade gummies to a new level of delicious.
With this recipe as your guide, you’ll have fresh CBD gummies at your disposal in no time.
What You’ll Need to Make These CBD Gummies
While making CBD-infused gummies is fairly easy, it does require a few atypical kitchen ingredients and tools, like silicone molds, droppers, and gelatin.
Silicone molds are often used to make gummy candies in order to achieve fun shapes and sizes as your finished result. These molds can easily be found at any home goods store and they can also be used for chocolates and other desserts.

For ease of dosing, plastic droppers are recommended to fill each individual mold. Most candy molds will come with a dropper for your convenience!
Plain gelatin can often be found at the grocery store in the baking aisle. This ingredient is responsible for thickening your fruit mixture into a chewy texture.
Choose Your Adventure
Making homemade gummies gives you the ability to make something that is completely tailored to your taste and tolerance.
We “highly” recommend using peaches for their sweet syrupy flavor, lack of seeds, and their bright orange flesh, but almost any fruit can be substituted in its place.
Pineapple, kiwi, and guava are the only fruits that you should steer clear of because they have a natural chemical that interferes with the gelatin.
The dosing for your CBD-infused gummies is also entirely up to you. To figure out how much CBD is in each piece of candy, divide the total number of milligrams added to the batch by how many pieces of candy you end up with.
How to Make Peach Honey CBD Gummies
Ingredients: (makes about 30 gummies)
-3 medium ripe peaches (about 1 ¾ cup if using frozen)
-3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (3 packets)
-½ cup water
-1 teaspoon lemon juice
-¼ cup honey
-CBD Tincture (try Bloom Farms Relieve CBD Tincture for an herbal kick or Rosebud Double Strength CBD Oil for maximum potency)
Instructions:
-Set out the silicone molds or lightly grease an 8×8 dish and line with parchment paper.
-Slice the ripe peaches and toss the pits. Puree the fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth. If you’re using frozen peaches, let them thaw out a bit before blending. Set aside.
-Take a medium saucepan and fill with ½ cup of water. Gently sprinkle 3 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin into the water in an even layer. Take a whisk and carefully stir the mixture until all of the gelatin is evenly covered.
-Place the saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat. Pour in peach puree, lemon juice, and honey stirring constantly with a whisk or rubber spatula. Make sure to never let the mixture come to a boil!
-Mix in your desired amount of CBD tincture as the very last addition. Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth and the gelatin has completely dissolved.
-Take the pot off of the heat and pour the finished product into a bowl (or directly into your prepared dish if you are not using the silicone molds). While the mixture is still hot, fill each silicone mold with a dropper to the top.
-Let the gummies set completely while uncovered in the fridge for at least an hour and up to 24 hours.
-After gummies have set, carefully remove them from the molds. Feel free to lightly toss in them in sugar if you like a crunchy coating!
-Store at room temperature in an airtight container or freeze to keep for a rainy day.
Enjoy your fresh fruit CBD gummies! These peach honey CBD gummies make for a great gift or keep them all to yourself as the ultimate act of self-care.
