I have recently started to become more mindful about my media consumption. Doing so resulted in deleting my Facebook and a hardcore cleansing of my Instagram; this was harder than one of those juice cleanses I always try but end up ruining with a double cheeseburger!
I stumbled upon some amazing cannabis-friendly Instagram accounts and this is the best part- they are all run by diverse, introspective, and artful women.

If Halle Bailey as The Little Mermaid had a sister this would be her! Under the sea spreading the truth about the wonders of “seaweed,” with the reggae crab!
@cannabiscutie shares her favorite strains for sleeping (strangely sativa but we don’t judge) and she provides great insight into the suggested relationship between cannabis and the risk of heart attacks.
This page is diverse, follower-friendly and informative – I highly recommend checking out her page to at least to get those stoner Ariel vibes.

It’s her morning coffee and smoke sesh where she “shoots the shit” with us! She catches up about her life and smokes weed! This account shows that moms who smoke weed are just like regular moms…stressed.

She shows many cultural perspectives of cannabis and the history tied in with plant medicine with her own personal splash of wit and humor! All of these accounts are shifting cannabis culture and showing the many faces of cannabis! Demanding for equity, education, and normalization within. These accounts are some of the most artistic, funny and informative while they show a female perspective of cannabis use and empower women to not take any shit from anyone. PERIOD.
